Refund and Cancellation Policy: Registrations are non-refundable (beyond three days of initial date of purchase). You may transfer your participation to another SHIFT-IT Virtual Group in the future, if request received by email at least 7 days prior to start of the program (or, you may send a substitute – i.e. give your space to a friend or colleague). We reserve the right to cancel this program for any reason, in which case a100% refund will be granted.
