SUMMARY:
We begin with ten minutes of Meditation to settle into Stillness. Next are Reports. Then our agenda organically emerges from the shares.
1. First up is Cay. A Visual Skills student from years ago. This was her first visit to a Process Popup and didn’t realize it was about processing emotions. Exactly what she needed given the 2nd anniversary of her Mom’s death. Very moving Self Inquiry through grief and stuckness, to feeling her Mom’s living presence. So beautiful when loved ones on the other side communicate and teach in their remarkable ways. Namaste Dyan! An honor to meet and learn from you.
2. Mothers and daughters was the theme of the day. Jill graced us with another layer of her inner child work. We went straight to her Future Self, who reassured it’s ok to lay burdens down … to play and have fun instead. You are ok. You will get through this. It’s ok to be open-hearted. I’m here so visit anytime to feel my safety and love. Take this trumpet and be loud and big. Towards a more loving planet. So important to hold space for that!
Thank you to this sweet trio for your beauty. The smaller groups often hold the most intimacy and sweet care.
