SUMMARY:
We begin with ten minutes of Meditation to settle into Stillness. Next are Reports. Then our agenda organically emerges from the shares.
1. First up is a welcomed newcomer, Evelyn. While she may be new to us, she’s certainly not new to Consciousness. Through the sage of Evelyn, we are graced with a wise Self Inquiry through the terrain of personal healing. From early conditioning in harsh criticism, never-good-enough and never-right. To a journey of self-with-God. Expansion into bigger faith, community and a blank page on which to write and paint anew.
2. Visual Coach Jill graced us again, with the next evolution of her dance with Consciousness. Some cognitive questions about ‘Practicality’ softened some ‘yeah buts’ enabling her to merge with larger states without the fear of not being able to function in the real world. No notes but plenty of piggybacking off of the high vibes!
3. Next is Norma who’s new to the Process Popup however, not new to me given her participation in my visual skills and crypto courses. So lovely to participate in the spiritual sides of one another and all present.
Welcoming unleashed the polarity of not being welcomed, and its companion of sadness. We sat with sadness, honoring it with flowers. The beauty of acceptance. The gift of music and incredible calm. Then annoying something-else. Inner peace meets Star Trek. Beam me up! Radiance and transmission in-the-moment. In community. Yes, more moments, please! Good idea … for self, ancestor and humanity at large. Wow – Beautiful!
These Popups are different every time. Different configurations of people. Different states of consciousness. Different outside circumstances in the world. This is what we co-created today as a Sangha (community). Yes, beautiful indeed!
