Summary:
Three inquiries in a row, all with themes of softening control … in order to lighten, brighten and create space for more peace, calm, flow and fun.
1. Go With the Flow: Patricia is manifesting her and her family’s move to Portugal – yay! However, last minute changes and logistics have her upset. Watch as we help her really meet her worry. Softening control … and creating more space for calm, warmth and floating.
2. Children In the Stars: Andy notices an internal push/pull. And from it springs her historical coping mechanism of running away. Watch as we meet, appreciate and befriend The Runner. Who leads us to an Inner Child too scared to be in her body. Becoming the capable, safe Adult so her child can finally relax, play and be joyful … with her friends in the stars.
3. Lighter and Brighter: First Satsang for Corrine who bravely jumps in. We begin with Resistance, Sizing Up and Fidgeting … and pull up a chair for Control. Masks off and armor down. Hugs, tears and Belonging. Curiosity, Creativity and Freedom followed by her own Capabilities. A brief jaunt into Rumination leads to the sparkling treasure of Worth and Value via Internal Validation. Woo hoo!
