What a delight to process Karima (beloved client of many years), and her Mom. We had the luxury of time to really meet her ongoing organizational challenge over two pages. Entrenched people, behaviors and history within a large system change. Intersectionality indeed. Yes please to successful quarterbacking, strategy and winning for all!
Inner Alignment: Just Some Time
Denise thought she had some resistance to an international move. However, when we slowed to meet it, it wasn’t resistance at it. It was very wise wisdom instead. A family tragedy occurred just five short months ago. Her heart is understandably still recovering. Mourning can’t be rushed. Clarity on the move can wait for now, as ‘just more time’ is needed. Pleasure to process with you Denise. Glad you discovered where all those doodled maps come from!
