Participating in Visual Coach Certification was an incredible gift. It took me into places I wasn’t expecting to go, but needed to. It reminded me to leverage my values and signature strengths to live with integrity and purpose.

I’m still shifting, and continuing to build the capacity to adapt through deep listening, enhanced self-awareness, and meaningful action that reminds me “To Be” vs. “To Do”.
As a human being AND as a provider I built my awareness muscles and met my own inner work.
