Happy holidays as we say bye to 2024, and meet what is arising in 2025.
This fall was a time of focus, preparing two new additions for SHIFT-IT School.
I’m happy to announce them now!
New in-person processing events, and a new Home Study Kit with my inspiring colleague, Anneke Lucas … with a Level 2 course coming up in February.
New: In-Person Visual Satsangs
Satsang is Sanskrit for ‘gathering of true people’. These lovely gatherings have grown out of my graphic facilitation and coaching practice, paired with my affinity for non-duality (oneness!).
We meet (and draw out!) what is present in the now.
Primarily using Self Inquiry, however, other modalities like Systemic Constellations, Polarities and Parts Work appear too.
As Visual Satsangs emerged during the lockdowns, I’ve only hosted them online.
In 2025, I’m expanding to In-Person gatherings too, starting with single days on March 23, June 8 and September 14 in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

I’ll be using the large-size paper mural format to map Consciousness through what attendees bring forth … hopefully with some graphic jamming with fellow visual practitioners in attendance too.
Feels like multi-day retreats may evolve eventually. Hopefully, some of you will help host me in your regions. If you have date and venue ideas for 2026, please let me know.
New: Home Study Kit – Shifting the Power with Anneke Lucas
Another silver lining that came out of the last few years was my collaboration with the indomitable Anneke Lucas. Anneke’s hard-earned wisdom, on the psychological dynamics of power and the healing path, is extraordinary.
Having watched Anneke online, I eventually sought consultations and coaching with her, to assist with some tricky projections I was encountering, in my capacity as a visual practitioner, teacher and coach.
The consultations with her were very helpful. She compassionately taught me how psychological projections can become, under the right circumstances, a portal for transformation. With the capacity to shift stubborn repetition wounds on their axis.
Grateful for her wise instruction, as she was publishing her poignant memoir, Quest for Love, I offered Anneke my school infrastructure and partnership, to help more widely disseminate her timely message.
Our collaboration was born!

I’d also like to take this opportunity to address something important. The fear, or other feelings, that some folks in my practice have regarding my alliance with Anneke. Believe me, I know these topics are difficult to face. The darkest on our planet, unfortunately.
Anneke was a guest on Patrick Bet David’s podcast a few weeks ago – her interview has over 1.6 million views so far.
Kudos to him for using his large platform to focus on the plight of human trafficking, and the systematic control of mind/heart/belly that goes with it.
And, it was a tough interview for me to watch, given his intense badgering, overt political divisiveness (no, it’s not just one side) and physical cornering with his producer (OMG, grrrrr). However, Anneke graciously held her own – demonstrating what Shifting the Power is.
There are over 25,000 comments left by viewers.
They give me such hope! They got her message of healing and unity, even if he didn’t.
Overwhelmingly (and eloquently) they expressed support for Anneke and the extreme courage it takes for her and other Survivors to speak.
We are all Survivors to one extent or another – given the pyramid of power that continues to exist.
Education about power dynamics, trauma and healing plays an important role in how we shift it, personally and collectively.
What a time to be alive and doing/being our inner work!
