A NOTE FROM CHRISTINA

I like to get an eZine out each month. So, I’m sliding this January issue out in the nick of time. Whew!

Oh my, a lot has been happening … good things, but a lot!

It’s semester switch at SHIFT-IT School. Programs that began last year are ending, and new ones are launching.

The 2024 cohort of Visual Coach Certification completed their Final Exams over December and January. Thank you very much to our volunteers who offered your time as Test Clients (we sooooo appreciate you!). And a big congratulations to the new grads – so much to have integrated on both the process and aesthetic sides, let alone the personal shifts that happened too. Bravo and well done! The 2025 cohort starts in April.

Lots happening with the Visual Satsangs. These non-dual groups unravel unconscious conditioning, loops and other habitual patterns. Fall’s Private Satsang is concluding this weekend (thanks all for beautifully honest, real and raw inner work this round!). Next private online cohort starts in April. There is a one-day In-Person Satsang on March 23 in Victoria, Canada. And, the Drop-In Satsangs online the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month, continue throughout 2025.

SHIFT-IT Retreat on Saturdays is up and running (late joiners are welcome, come on in). A coaching group using my signature SHIFT-IT System (17 visual maps) – where you doodle out your past, present and future and work out conflicting energies. Many people this round are focusing on BEING rather than do, do, doing. Really helpful community during collective turmoil!

Last but not least, Anneke Lucas and I have been busy with our Shifting the Power series. We added a Home Study Kit for Level 1, and are delighted that our new Level 2 offering starting on February 20th is filling very nicely. Such timely work, with so much Darkness coming up in our world for humanity to have to meet and contend with.

On the personal front, all is going fine as a mild winter flies by. The weather in my nook of British Columbia has been glorious of late … crisp and sunny!

To counter all the screen time, I’m continuing to follow the light and circadian rhythm protocols of Satchin Panda and Jack Kruse. Although, I’m resisting the cold plunge stuff, even if the ocean water temperature around here is apparently ideal.  Egads, I don’t know how some of you can muster that!

Meditation, self-inquiry, parts work … all continue to be an integral part of my personal practice. We are in the shift now aren’t we! Whew. Such an exciting (and sometimes nerve-wracking) time to be alive. Greatest show in the universe! What will humanity do and be?!

See you when I next see you. All the best with our individual and collective unfoldments!
