Day 3 in Fundamentals of Interactive-Visuals is the deep dive day — where we enter the juicy domain of Visual Coaching/Counseling. How to work visually with individuals and partners in coaching, counseling, therapy and other personal growth processes.
It’s a very powerful day, often with huge breakthroughs for participants – as not only are they learning visual approaches to depth work (but they go through various exercises themselves as a way of experiencing the medium). Transformational moves that I use in my own coaching practice. I also share my journey in making Visual Coaching a viable niche and my specific SHIFT-IT System® and Visual Coach Certification®.
The coaches, counselors and bodytalkers in the room patiently wait for day three (for them, this deep dive is natural territory that is their norm). However, for some of the business / organizational folks in the room, the depth of Visual Coaching can sometimes come as a surprise. Not a bad surprise ultimately (as the personal growth that results is useful and helpful) as one expressed … but a bit shocking nonetheless for people not used to publicly visiting the right brain world of emotion, flow and seeming disorder. Ahhhhh, the power of multiple intelligences!
