In 2016 I began offering my first level Practical Energy Work course. An opportunity for those brand new or seasoned on the topic of energy work to come together, learn, share and develop.

As a Process Professional with over 2 decades of left-brain experiences as a Graphic Recorder, Facilitator, and Coach in all sorts of settings and client bases (corporate, governmental, not-for-profit, etc.), as a teacher/mentor of over 2500+ and as an Energy Worker … I felt I had a thing to two to share about the whole brain aspects of our lives and work. Particularly after my right-brain experiences of contact and kundalini awakening thickened my own awareness.

Those early cohorts were really precious … they helped me step boldly into a topic area that isn’t voiced loudly in the more conventional circles I sometimes still work in. A curriculum in useful and powerful energy techniques was established. A wonderful foundation that every Process Professional (and frankly ANYBODY no matter what kind of work they do) can benefit from learning about.

However, participants (and me!) enjoyed Practical Energy Work so much, that they didn’t want to stop when the original 15 sessions were complete. They asked me to create a container where they could continue to hone and integrate the practices they learned (clear, command space, meridian support, locate and removes, AlphaMind, Focus Wheels, Orphan Rescue, Quantum processing, etc.) … and come together in community to do our continued Inner Work and support each other during these shift times.

Sooooooo, Practical Energy Work 2: The Mastermind is the result. A 12 session online experience (offered twice a year) for Practical Energy Work grads to continue to do their Inner Work in a supportive and constructive environment.

THE COURSE CURRICULUM:

This Practical Energy Work 2: The Mastermind is not a structured curriculum like Practical Energy Work 1. In the first course (which is a prerequisite), I had to get everyone up to speed on the various energetic techniques and develop shared language and protocols. In this program, we already have that base, so that affords us the luxury of being even more spontaneous and co-creative. Which means, I don’t structure the agenda ahead of time. Each session we spontaneously work with whatever is showing up for those present. And in between group sessions, there is our forum and private coaching (for those who desire it) for additional support.

Issues that members bring forward include a wide range of personal and professional topics. And cut across the 3D and Multi-D spectrum. Everything from body, health, job/career, relationship, geography, money/abundance and mission/purpose dilemmas. To navigating common lightworker and starseed themes – discovery and/or reclamation of one’s metaphysical gifts and abilities, epigenetic issues (working with ancestral trauma), sovereignty, boundaries, negative interference and attacks, isolation/loneliness, etc.

As many members are Process Professionals from across the globe (hold internal and external positions within corporations, government and not-for-profits) the influence on vision, strategy and implementation is considered. As well as the larger systems that we are all embedded within: education, healthcare, financial, agriculture, energy, defense, etc. Given some members are contactees, larger exo-political topics are also discussed (who is contacting whom, for what purposes, what bigger picture does humanity fall into and disclosure scenarios).  Anything that falls into the Right Brain spectrum is game in this special Mastermind.  Together we do our Inner Work in order to SHIFT-IT … in our lives and in the larger systems that we reside within.

WHO THIS COURSE IS FOR:

Practical Energy Work 2: The Mastermind is for graduates of my Practical Energy Work course. You must first do Practical Energy Work as a pre-requisite to learn the various energy and inner work protocols. With that base you can join this second more advanced level where we play spontaneously with those protocols and others, depending on the nature of what is brought forward.

WHO THIS COURSE IS NOT FOR:

As you experienced in Practical Energy Work 1, we can cover varied terrain, depending on who participants are (and who they are in the process of becoming) and their various backgrounds and perspectives. From basis energy principles right up to leading-edge exopolitical topics. This program, like its pre-requisite, is not for the uptight or faint of heart.

Like all of my courses, I work hard to create a safe and supportive container and I welcome diversity in opinions, perspectives and viewpoints. Totally fine to come if you are on the fence about whether energy/consciousness exists or to what extent you feel it’s beneficial. Or if you raise an eyebrow to experiences beyond the normal, typical 3D. You DO NOT have to align with everything that arises to effectively participate in it (in fact, I urge you to only take what resonates and discard the rest).

However, having said that, it is probably not the right experience for you if you are a died-in-the-wool-skeptic or your faith/religious beliefs prohibit you from contemplating alternative points of view. Or, if you have a hard time remaining respectful, calm, and polite in the face of things that may bump up against your current paradigm.  Basically, if Practical Energy Work 1 was really uncomfortable for you then this second level course most likely won’t be either.

HOW THE ONLINE TECHNOLOGY WORKS:

Practical Energy Week 2: The Mastermind is an online course conducted by 12 live webinars. 90 minutes each.

It works the same as the other course you have done with me. To participate, you require a computer with decent internet speed (ideally with an embedded or attached videocam). Plus computer speakers or headphones for audio (a dial-in U.S. phone number is also available). All sessions are recorded in case you want to listen again or are unable to make some or all of the times live.

How the Technology Works – it’s simple!:
At the appointed time, you click the WebEx Conference link we send you. WebEx allows us to SEE and COMMUNICATE with each other using our computers. It’s really great!

You also receive access to a class area in SHIFT-IT School where Video and MP3 recordings of each session are posted as well as bonus videos. Plus, we also have a Private Online Forum to communicate throughout the program.

You folks who have done Practical Energy Work already know me. However, in case there are folks reading this who don’t, here’s my bio blurb:

With a Masters Degree in Organizational Development & Transformation (ODT), I began my consulting career in the San Francisco Bay area in the mid-90s, traveling extensively throughout North America and Europe.

I honed my skills in organizational development, change management, strategic planning and visioning, scenarios, team performance and conflict resolution (all using visual methods) working for such notable clients as Hewlett-Packard, eBay, Stanford University, British Broadcast Corp (BBC), The Institute for the Future, The Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, American Institute of CPAs, etc.

I experienced a quickening of my spiritual path in the aftermath of the Sept. 11th tragedy (scheduled to be in New York that fated day but a series of synchronistic events keep me away).Via that wake-up call I transitioned my work to include integration of the visual methodology with coaching and spirituality – returning to my lovely hometown of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada in 2003 and creating SHIFT-IT Coach, Inc.

As a pioneering ‘Visual Coach’, I facilitate powerful awakening in individuals, partners and conscious businesses and am an internationally known coach of coaches. Inspirationally received, my SHIFT-IT System® (comprised of 17 visual coaching tools) helps individuals, couples and families discover and align with what they really want in work and life. Through private coaching, mastermind groups and my Working Visually and Certified Visual Coach® programs I guide Process Professionals from around the world on how to effectively use visual thinking methods with their own clientele.

Driven by a desire to help my clients SHIFT, I expanded into the Law of Attraction genre … including the design and co-lead of programs with an internationally known trance medium. In 2009 my metaphysical interest was greatly impacted by an unusual visit in my living room via orbs of light (full details here), followed by kundalini awakening and rising, which continues to this day.

In short, my understanding of the world we live in has greatly expanded and my right-brain capabilities have fired in a deeper way. Hence pulling these topics into the course you are about to experience.
